Big O Tires

I did not have these guys do anything on my truck but I broke down in the canyon and Valley Tow delivered me to their area. These guys were accommodating and said they could help me out in the morning which is unheard of in a lot of places. As the day was coming to a close my brain was working overtime on me and I know that I just did not have that much money left and I had a lot of miles ahead. I ended up fixing the truck myself that night and I had to call in the morning to cancel the appointment I had on their board. It was no worries all the way around, so I wanted to give you guys some love for making room for me in my emergency. Thank you

Today I received the best service ever at Big O Tires! I came in confused not knowing what to do with my flat tires. Brendan, Emmanuel, and Joe reassured me and helped me figure out what exactly I need to do to get my car running again. They showed nothing but kindness and understanding. Brendan went out of his way to help me as I am financially struggling and confused. He helped me find new tires and a whole new wheel, for the cost of nothing! I am beyond grateful for their help and will continue to return here in the future for their service. I can’t thank the employees here enough! Thank you guys so much for helping my day go a little better! And thank you Brendan for being so understanding. I recommend this place 10/10!!!!

Brendan and Joe at Big O Tires in glen wood springs, co were amazing. I was driving a rental car that had severe tire damage. They diagnosed the problem, they inspect the other tires and found other serious issue and they somehow settled everything with the rental car company on my behalf. plus they were super pleasant and professional- THANK YOU 🙏🏽

Me personally love this place. Super nice and attentive employees. I took my car in and they were able to suggest the outcome for my car and wallet🥲. All is well. Brendan, the manager, was able to help me out with my car and explained the damages to my car. Jose, a mechanic/ cashier, was able to provide me excellent customer service when I came back to pick up my car. Overall great experience and relieved some anxiety with mechanics.

AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL service from the crew at Glenwood Springs Big O Tires! Brendan and Will rescued me right at closing one evening and eventually had to have further work done after my dealership failed me. Joe and Emmanuel were helpful, caring and supportive in customer service. Will and Stormy were efficient, excellent and extremely knowledgeable when servicing my vehicle.
